High polyphenol-containing Sidyma Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition in the Turkey was one of the highest quality olive oil and 4 “Premium” was rewarded with honors.
The awards were found in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition, organized by the Olive Association for the 13th time this year.
The results of the competition, where the award ceremony was not held due to the epidemic, were announced with a press release. Of the 99 samples participating in the competition from 14 provinces, 66 won the medal after chemical and sensory analysis.
Naturally produced by the Aegean Agricultural Products, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and FDA-approved Certified Polyphenol is the first and only dietary supplement with a high rate Sidyma in Turkey; it was awarded with “Premium” in the competition.
Sidyma, which was established in Fethiye / Muğla and adopts the goals of producing and promoting olive oil containing high polyphenol from the olives specific to this region, was named after BC. It takes it from the ancient city in Fethiye, which dates back from the 1st century.
