Altinkaya, master of taste

Established in 1967 as a family business, Altinkaya is one of the leading companies of its sector, producing meat products from calves, cattle, chickens and turkeys without any compromise from its meticulous working principles, and continuously improving its production capacity with tons of products that it manufactures every year in this new century.

At Altinkaya facilities, the company produces 120 kinds of products with a quantity of approximately 5,000 tons of meat products from calves, chickens and Turkeys, all quality, fresh, hygiene and healthy.

Specialized personnel are employed in the facilities with a total area of  5000 m², where Altinkaya manufactures its products with the care and hygiene of Islamic rules using the latest technological equipment, and sells its products under the brands BEŞYILDIZ and  MÜJDE  to its consumers.

“Since we started production in our Altinkaya facilities, we have always served and will serve our people with to motto ‘We have never produced and will never produce anything that we will not let our own children eat’. Our products have TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) Certificate and Foodstuff Registration Certificate granted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and compliance of our facilities with the foodstuff codes have been certified by the German Royalcert company and granted an ISO 9001,” said an official of Altinkaya.

Altinkaya has completed necessary procedures to verify in the international platform that it performs faultless production, and has had its production registered with a HACCP certificate.

“Our products are served in national chain stores, wholesale and general wholesale companies, starred hotels with international reputation, large-scale catering groups, delicatessens and supermarkets with high turnovers, and factories and restaurants that make high-quality cuisine. We distribute our products through the significant participations and vehicles of our vendors in metropolises such as Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya regional directorate and other big cities,” added the official. “The quality policy of Altınkaya is to be aware of the fact of always being the master of taste and always work hard for that.”
