Nicolas Trentesaux Appointed Head of SIAL Group

Having started his career as Export Market Manager for the Danone Group, Nicolas Trentesaux spent most of his professional life marketing the Delacre brand for the United Biscuits Group.
His career path was strongly marked by global developments and marketing strategies involving innovation and Research & Development.
After holding international positions in Scotland, then Australia, Nicolas Trentesaux has now settled in Paris to give a new, global dynamic to SIAL, reflecting his vision. SIAL is the flagship of the Comexposium Group, one of Europe’s leading event organizers with 113 public events and trade fairs and exhibitions, covering 17 sectors of activity, to its credit.“SIAL is the perfect global agri-food showcase: innovation, know-how, quality, and much more. Since its foundation in Paris in 1964, SIAL has provided a tour of supply and demand in the food sector and achieves the feat of assembling the full range of food manufacturers and buyers at each show. This success stems from SIAL’s aggressive strategy. In the past 15 years, exhibitions have been established on four continents: SIAL Canada, SIAL China, SIAL Middle East and SIAL Brazil. The new leader of the SIAL Group, who has just taken up his duties, will strengthen the team built by ValérieLobry, Managing Director of Comexposium’s Agriculture and Food Industry Division.
