PremiStar, a leader in commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation services, has acquired Professional Pipe, LLC, a process piping company that provides installation services from coast to coast. With this acquisition, PremiStar expands its portfolio of service offerings to include industrial process piping systems, industrial pipe insulation, and millwright work. Pro Pipe possesses proven and long-term, direct-to-owner industrial customers and relationships for PremiStar to build upon.
Founded in 1972 in Peachland, North Carolina, Professional Pipe began as a piping contractor for the textile industry. Since then, the company has expanded its services to address the needs of companies in the poultry and beef, food and beverage, pet food, manufacturing, power and energy, chemical and industrial laundry sectors.
