Following their participation in IFFA 2025, Industries FAC expressed strong satisfaction with the outcome of this year’s edition. Speaking to Food Ingredients International, Sílvia Castañer shared her insights on the company’s experience at the event.
“We returned from IFFA 2025 highly satisfied,” Castañer stated. “Once again, the event proved to be an excellent meeting point for professionals in the meat industry and a valuable platform to present our latest technological developments.”
Industries FAC made the most of the international scope of the fair, which brought together leading players from across the global meat processing industry. “IFFA is always a great opportunity not only to reconnect 
with long-standing customers but also to establish new contacts with potential clients and distributors from all over the world,” she noted.
At the Industries FAC stand, a range of technologies drew particular interest from visitors. As a company specializing in the custom design and manufacturing of both individual equipment and complete processing lines, FAC highlighted several standout innovations. “Our pressing systems for fresh, semi-frozen, and cured meat received strong attention, along with our salting and deboning lines for dry-cured ham,” Castañer explained. “We also introduced our new automatic loading and unloading system for ham pressing moulds, which was especially well received for its innovation and efficiency.”
Reflecting on the importance of the event, Castañer emphasized IFFA’s key role in supporting international business growth: “IFFA is one of the most important trade fairs in the sector and a key platform for companies like ours to strengthen their international presence. With more than 35 years of experience, we have been attending the show for many years and consider it a must-attend event to promote exports and stay aligned with global market trends.”
