The new flavor innovation features a fresh, fruity taste with a sweet grape aroma and has a breakthrough blend of electrolytes, minerals, vitamins1 and antioxidants, perfect for everyday hydration needs.
Greatest Grape is now available on masbymessi.com and on shelves at Walmart stores nationwide in 16.9oz bottles and 12-packs of 16.9oz bottles. The brand plans to expand distribution of the new flavor in other major retailers later this year. Tapping into a rising trend of “Newstalgia”2, where consumers are craving timeless favorites in a modernized way, the refreshing and tangy grape drink offers hydration without compromising on flavor or taste, with natural flavors and no artificial sweeteners or colors and no caffeine.

Greatest Grape marks the first flavor innovation unveiled by Más+ by Messi since its initial launch in June of 2024. Inspired by the rise in demand for grape flavors in beverages and snacks3, the name also makes a nod to the soccer superstar himself, as Messi is commonly referred to as the G.O.A.T (a.k.a. Greatest of All Time).

In addition to Greatest Grape, the drink also currently comes in four vibrant flavors, loved by Messi and named after his inspirational career milestones: Miami Punch, Limón Lime League, Berry Copa Crush, and Orange d’Or.
