The second international Food Ingredients, Solutions, Aids and Additives Show Food ingredients (Fi), the most prestigious event in the global food industry since 1986, will be held at Lütfi Kirdar Congress and Exhibition Centre on 24-26 April 2014.

Bertrand said that the Turkish F&B market achieved significant growth in the healthy product segment between 2008 and 2013 according to the Euromonitor International report. Bertrand said that the most remarkable category in the market was natural products with a sales volume of TL 8,825 million, followed by functional food (TL 2,469 million), diet products (TL 1,402 million), organic products (TL 163 million) and special food intolerance products (TL 118 million). Kerim Alain Bertrand also stated that Food ingredients (Fi) Istanbul will draw attention not only for showcasing natural ingredients and new marketing strategies to global sector leaders, but also for covering the hottest topics in the industry with leading speakers.
