With specialty food sales at a record high, the Summer Fancy Food Show will be the largest in its 60-year history. The show takes place June 29–July 1, 2014, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, its longtime home. Exhibit halls will be filled with the latest new products from food artisans, importers and entrepreneurs from across the U.S. and around the world, all representing the craft, care, and joy that go into producing specialty food.
The Summer Fancy Food Show presents 20+ educational seminars addressing the basics of specialty food, social media marketing and other topics important to manufacturers, foodservice and retailers. The sessions are hosted by experts in the specialty food industry and run from Saturday to Tuesday. The Show generates opportunities for buyers to discover innovative products in targeted showcases.
