MUTLU PASTA was established as semolina and macaroni facilities on different lands in the center of Gaziantep in 1972. In order to increase the capacity as well as to respond to customers’ orders faster and to increase employment, the company made a new investment at the 2nd Organized Industry Zone located in Baspinar in 1992. Mutlu built a giant integrated facility with machines and devices which have specifications to produce at world standards, on a 30,000-square meter area.
With its fully equipped laboratory, daily periodic quality controls and appropriate tests, Mutlu ensures and approves its quality with certificate of TURKISH STANDARDS INSTITUTION (TSE).
The macaroni facility is located on a 4,500 square meter-covered area with 3 floors and the semolina facility is located on a 10,000 square meter-covered area with 7 floors. Besides, the company has an additional storage and loading area of 5.200 square meters where storage and loadings are made punctually and quickly. The daily capacity is processing 540 tons wheat and 270 tons macaroni, however the main strength is capability to increase capacity.
The high quality Mutlu Pasta is produced from hard durum wheat by using 100 % pure semolina with untouched, fully automatic machines in integrated facilities.

The products are packaged in a hygienic facility and supplied to market after quality control of each step; before production, during production, and after production.
