Betterland Foods is stepping out of the dairy aisle and into the candy aisle with the launch of WOO chocolate bars made with Perfect Day’s animal-free whey protein. The Caramel Peanut Nougat Bar is formulated with organic chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and cow-free nougat and contains 50% less sugar and double the protein than other chocolate bars, the company claims.
